Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a neat old Shingle Shot shotgun chambered in 12 ga. It was made in Italy by S.A. Vincenzo Bernardelli. The action opens by pulling the trigger guard rearward. The gun then opens and can fold all the way in half. The action is tight and the release works well. It does not look like it has been shot a lot but has been carried and has a lot of dings, scratches, and bumps from the years. Seems to work fine though. The choke is FULL and the chamber is 2-3/4".
