Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very nice Remington 870 LW Magnum chambered for 3" 20 Gauge. This shotgun was recently imported from overseas and has an import mark by CAI on the underside of the barrel. It also has proof marks from Italy where Remington first sold this gun. This is the light weight model and has a 20" IMP CYL barrel with rifle sights. Really nice gun for deer or other use.
