.60 caliber, 15" barrel, flat stepped lock and cock engraved and signed "TERNOIS a La ROCHELL". Free standing pan and very early type frizzen & spring arrangement. Polished iron mounts that include wrist escutcheon and masked butt. Lightly carved full stock. In superb original condition showing wear commensurate with the period and still maintaining crisp wood edges and free from damage. One of very finest early flintlock holster pistols I have had.
