Description:
4 3/4 inch barrel with correct 2-line barrel address. Fair bore with some pitting and strong rifling. "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER" shows faintly on the left side of the barrel. All metal is a gray patina with scattered areas of minor pitting. Left side of frame shows patent date and the Rampant Colt logo. Trigger is a replacement. Nice action. Matching numbers on the frame, trigger guard and rear grip strap. 2-piece highly polished stag grips are in good condition.This Single Action Army Frontier Six Shooter was manufactured by Colt in 1901.
