The FN Special Police Rifle (FN SPR A1) is a bolt-action sniper rifle marketed by FNH USA, a subsidiary of the Belgian company FN Herstal. The rifle is manufactured at the U.S. Repeating Arms Company (owned by FN de Herstal) to FN specifications using Winchester Model 70 actions. It is chambered in .308 winchester and features a 24-inch heavy barrel with a 1:12 twist, a textured black composite McMillan style synthetic stock with integrated pistol grip and textured black composite forend with a Bi-Pod attached. .308 Winchester
