Description:
24 inch full octagon barrel chambered in 25-20 WCF with full length magazine. A good bore with some shine and visible rifling. Blade front and flat top sporting rear sights. Overall gun shows a lot of character. Frame is a silvery plum color. Takedown band on barrel shows a frontier servicing job that was presumably for tightening the takedown mechanism. Crack in forearm but wood is still solid. Buttstock also solid, showing some old scuffs and scrapes. Nice piece of American history made in 1918!
