Chambered in desirable .38/40 cartridge. 100% coverage deep hand engraved in a very interesting and well executed pattern. Tight mechanical action in perfect tune with all four clicks. Good bore with strong rifling. This old girl is a joy to hold, A true example of the American gunmakers craft from 118 years ago in Hartford Connecticut.
