Model 1890 Second Model Takedown Case Colored receiver with a 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 22 Short caliber with a very bright shiny excellent bore. This is a replacement Winchester MODEL 90 Parts barrel with most all original blue and nice sharp corners. Sights are most likely from the original barrel. Mag tube is mostly a plum color with good blue in the protected areas. Receiver is a mottled gray patina. Walnut stock and grooved forearm are in very good condition with only minor handling mars. Crescent rifle style butt. 849,000 of these were made from 1890-1932 and this one was made in 1901. This will make for a good shooter.
