Description:
Built in 1967 on the three-screw K-frame this factory Class A Russ Smith Engraved Model 19-2 .357 Magnum is equipped with a 4” barrel, original bright blue finish and smooth rosewood presentation target stocks. The gun is complete in the original special factory display case with all the cleaning tools and sight adjustment screwdriver. Among only a small handful of factory engraved Combat Magnums ever built, this wonderful example is one of Russ Smith's best .357 Magnums! The gun features extremely fine floral scrollwork against a deeply cut matte background with an unusually high amount of coverage. The polished scrollwork has been delicately shaded by hammering and crosshatching and is amazing to inspect in hand; it is truly a masterwork. Overall a virtually AS-NEW .357 Combat Magnum that will be a centerpiece in any K-Frame collection!
