Built in 1971 this incredible signed Bryson Gwinnell factory engraved Model 19-3 is equipped with a 6"pinned barrel, original bright blue finish with gorgeous bookend matched smooth rosewood presentation target stocks. Knowledgeable collectors are aware that Bryson Gwinnell had the shortest tenure of any S&W factory engraver and his works are highly sought after. This rarely seen Class B Engraved example features gorgeous and quite fine floral scrollwork with a tasteful amount of coverage. The gun retains 99% of the original bright blue finish and shows only the slightest collector-type handling evidence. Overall an investment grade art object from S&W's engraving department.
