Description:
Here's a fine Spainish made side by side that's in awesome condition. It the Astra model 841 , 12 gauge .It has 27.5" barrels. They are choked full and modified. The bores are excellent. The gun is excellent mechanically, locks up TIGHT. Has extractors and double triggers. The wood is fine and good looking. The blueing is great .The case coloring is perfect and the hand engraving is double awesome ! The checkering is very fine hand cut and is great.. This Astra is very well balanced, feels like part of your arm when shouldered. Don't know exact age but doesn't matter. The gun is as good as new. I believe it's over sixty years old. One thing for sure, there's at least another hundred years fine service in this gun for some lucky guy! Bottom line, this is just one very fine and very beautiful double, made in Spain where great doubles were invented .
