Description:
Serial #1510570, 16 Gauge (2 3/4" chamber), 28 inch plain barrel with an excellent, bright bore choke measuring about improved cylinder. This is the Model 12 slide action shotgun manufactured by Winchester in 1953. The barrel and receiver retain about 87-90% of the original blue finish with scattered light freckling on the barrel and heavier patches on the receiver. The walnut stock and forearm show scattered finish level scratches and contusions. The hard rubber Winchester butt plate shows mild use marks. A classic early 1950's Model 12 in near excellent condition in the desirable 16 Gauge. FFL or C&R
