Serial #G174829, .30-06, 24 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Winchester Model 70 Classic Super Grade bolt action rifle featuring a jeweled bolt and select nicely figured American Walnut stock built in 1984. In near excellent condition the barrel, frame and trigger guard retain about 90-95% of the high gloss blue finish with spots of finish loss and freckling toward the muzzle and around the front sight with overall use marks and scratches. The black forend tip checkered stock is solid with use marks and light contusions especially concentrated on the left side just above the trigger. It is equipped with the standard flip up rear and brass bead front sight and has the quick release scope mounts attached. A fantastic hunting rifle that is ready for the next season. FFL
