Description:
20 inch round barrel with full length mag tube chambered in 38 WCF caliber. Very good bright shiny bore. Special order Set Trigger that works. Sights include a German silver blade front and a sporting rear. Most blue finish remains on the barrel while the mag tube is more of a blue/gray. Receiver retains most of a touched up blue as well. Extra figure walnut stocks look good and fit well. There are chips out of the corners by the upper tang. Crescent rifle style butt. Made in 1886 but the W/P proof marks show that it went back to the factory sometime after 1905 for some work. Handsome looking short rifle with those beautiful walnut stocks.
