Description:
This is a very rare Winchester Model 70 Mannlicher, having only a few very minor stock imperfections and small scratch on the tang. The matching bolt has a name inscribed by the serial number (pictured). My research indicates approximately 2400 were produced between 1968 and 1971 and that about half of those went to overseas markets. This rifle was manufactured in 1968 based on the serial number. The bolt is jeweled. The sights are a Williams adjustable open rear sight with hooded ramp front sight. The stock is full length Monte Carlo Mannlicher walnut, checkered, with quick detachable sling swivel bases and Winchester butt pad. Comes with period Redfield 2X7 scope on Buehler mounts and rings.
