Decent condition for being around 100 years old.
Bore shows early black powder ammo use.
I'd give it a 6-7 out of 10 rating. Rifling is strong and will still hold a tight group at 50 yds with jacketed bullets.
Someone started to customize the stock, pistol grip area has been streamlined, and checkering on the left side was never completed on the right side.
The rest is all original complete with hard to find "cheese grate" magazine.
The action feeds and operates as it should.
The Weaver "K3 post & crosshair, scope was mounted using the factory drilled and tapped holes for a reciever sight. original plug screws will be included.
