An attic found Colt four inch .31 cal "BABY DRAGOON" This classic revolver was made in 1849 just in time for the gold rush. The gun differed from the later pocket models in that it has the attractive square back trigger guard,round cylinder stops and no loading lever,but more importantly spawned a long line of pocket revolvers that became a long time fast selling product for Colt.Wedge may be a a replacement all other numbers match,action works well and has not undergone any harsh cleaning or amateur attempts at restoration.
