Description:
The single finest Remington 1894 I've seen or heard of!

Made with stunning 30” American Flag bunting (Stars & Stripes) damascus brls 2-3/4” chambers, that have slightly raised, matted top rib with small brass front bead. Top of brls engraved “REMINGTON ARMS CO.” on right, “IlION NY, USA.” on left. Splinter forearm checkered in point pattern with casehardened scroll engraved push button release and scroll engraved iron. Casehardened boxlock receiver is nicely scroll engraved in about 40% coverage and has “REMINGTON ARMS CO.” in banner on sides. Left side of watertable stamped “C”. Blued top lever is scroll engraved and top tang with relief “SAFE” in front of the blued and checkered safety slide. Blued trigger guard with burst of scroll on bow, SN at center of tang. Gun made with double triggers, auto ejectors, auto safety. The nicely straight grain figured walnut buttstock is checkered in point pattern, has round knob grip, unengraved oval on toeline, and terminates with its original Remington monogrammed

Overall, this gun is extraordinarily fine and choice- all original in all respects! Brls retain virtually all of their bold original damascus pattern. Buttstock and forearm are near mint with virtually all of their factory original finish and exhibits only a few minor handling marks. Receiver retains virtually all of its rich bold case color with only minor beginning toning at back of top tang. Trigger guard retains virtually all of its original blue on bow with more than 80% original blue on tang. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are crisp. Breech face shows almost no evidence of firing. Noted Remington author and scholar Charles Semmer observed this 1894 and claimed it to be the finest original condition example he has ever scene. None finer!

This is the choicest of the choice in Remington 1894 Guns. It is priced at $10,900 plus shipping to your FFL. Please dont hesitate to contact me with any questions or reasonable offers on this extraordinary gun at (704) 280-2382 or via PM on this site.
