I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique Imperial Mauser Model 1871 Single Shot Bolt action Military Battle Rifle, manufactured by the Austrian Weapons Factory company "Steyr" Oester Waffen Fabrik (marked on the top of the barrel), chambered for the .43 Mauser/11m/m x 60R. Production 1871-1890 were issued to many countries and served in many conflicts. Serial number are all matching SN 8887. 33.66" very long barrel with an excellent shinny bore with sharp rifling, with an excellent accuracy, target showed on one of picture was done resting at 50 yard with another same rifle with available reloads. Very good action, comes with its original cleaning rod. The original finish was left in the white turning brownish patina . Scratches and small dents on the wood from use, service & gun rack. I haven't shot it. What you don't read in the description may be seen on the pictures. It was well kept and preserved. The old cartridges showed on the pictures are not sor sale. Please don't ask for extra pictures.
