Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is an excellent condition Russian AK-47 rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. This rifle has no import markings and very few markings at all. The serial number is MX570 and a Star 1968 marking. The safety markings are in Russian lettering and I think it is a Russian receiver. I can find no other markings on the reciever other than the safety markings. The 1968 date could mean it was brought into the country before the Gun Control Act of 1968 which was signed in Oct 1968 and therefore prior to the requirement of being import marked. We aquired this rifle from Collectors Firearms - Simpson LTD in Galesburg IL who deal with a lot of rare and unique guns. There is a nice leather sling attached and a cleaning kit in the butt stock trap. The butt and forward grips are all laminated wood. Includes (1) unmarked 30 round magazine. Thanks for looking!
