Ithaca 37 “CITY OF LOS ANGELES / 200th ANNIVERSARY / 1781 – 1981” Commutative 12ga 2-3/4”. This shotgun is un-fired and comes in a factory case plus its paperwork. The left side of the receiver is marked in gold “CITY OF LOS ANGELES / 200th ANNIVERSARY / 1781 – 1981” with a representation of L.A. City Hall and “COMMEMORATIVE” in a banner beneath. To the right of all this is “LOS ANGELES / POLICE ACADEMY” and a representation of the entrance to the LAPD Academy. Surrounding the gold-filled engraving is blued scroll work. Marked in gold on the right side of the receiver is “TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE” in a banner with three gold seals: the LAPD Revolver and Athletic Club, the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Department. Surrounding the gold-filled engraving is blued scroll work and the serial number “LAPD – 0105”. The pistol grip cap has a two-tone representation of an LAPD badge, with the spot reserved for the badge number still blank. The 18 ½” slug barrel is marked “L.A.P.D.
