SN: 1176213. Made in 1943 with a 17.75-inch Winchester barrel chambered for the .30 Carbine cartridge. This gun came from the factory with a checkered push button safety & a flat bolt, but then it went through a post-war service life extension rebuild during which the stamped adjustable rear sight assembly & the bayonet lug barrel band were added. The low wood oval cut buttstock is marked ""W.R.A."" over ""G.H.D."" but it has had a coat of clear varnish applied to it as well as the tapered 4-rivet shallow groove handguard. Bright bore with crisp rifling. Comes with one 15-round magazine.
