Offered for your consideration is a Marlin model 39. This particular rifle was produced prior to 1939. Octagon bbl, bore is shiny and bright, receiver is exceptionally smooth.. receiver denoted with a star on the tang serial number is S10401. This rifle has a new marlin butt plate from Brownells specific to this rifle. The original butt plate was dried out and cracked. This rifle shoots L, LR, and shorts tube fed. Produced with a full octagon 24" barrel. This Marlin has a capacity of 19 Long Rifle as well as 26 rounds of shorts.
