Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is an excellent condition and super sweet Tactical Solutions Owyhee TD takedown rifle chambered for 22 LR. This rifle is outfitted with a Magpul Backpacker X22 stock set. The barrel is fluted and carbon fiber making a very lightweight and habdy rifle while giving excellent rigidity and accuracy. Takes standard Ruger 10/22 magazines and one 10 round mag is included. There is a space in the butt stock for 3 more magazines to be added. The There is also a waterproof storage location inside the pistol grip. The rifle weighs only 4 pounds. Sights are fiber optic and adjustable. $25 shipping
