"Serial No. 4761C, made in 1945, 9mm, 4.9"" round barrel. Bore is bright and shiny with light frosting visible in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Metals finish is starting to lightly thin on the slide and frame, normal edge wear is noted. Serial numbers are matching, grips are good with light handling wear visible. Magazine is marked P.38V, this is a commercial magazine manufactured from February 1943-November 1944. Pistol comes with a black leather holster marked ""DKK/44-P38"" on the back. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Great example of a hard to find late war P.38!
