Description:
This is a nicely engraved Colt/Brevet with carved ebony grips. It is 28 caliber 6 shot. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. The barrel has 60%-barrel blue and the frame and back strap and trigger guard engraving is a tight 100% coverage. The serial number is 5329 and there is a Liege Proof mark on the cylinder between one of the 6 nipples. There is a DR on the bottom of the trigger guard. The cylinder face has two other proof marks, one is a NILCN and it appears to be a snake or Script capitol L. The barrel also has a Crown over U Proof mark.
