Serial No. 6363 .60 caliber,27" round barrel Colt Model 1855 Half-Stock sporting rifle that has been expertly refinished, barrel has been replaced with a smooth bore. Frame is stamped with serial No. 6363, trigger guard is stamped with 6533, barrel is stamped 6290 and cylinder is stamped 5816 at the rear. Left side of trigger guard is stamped 56 cal. Overall very good condition with approximately 90% refinished blue remaining. Wood is good with a 3" crack noted on the forearm from the nose cap to the wedge. Action is smooth and crisp, bore is fair with pitting present throughout.
