From a mid-west going out of business sale, a new Smith and Wesson, Performance Center Model 460 Hammerless Airweight round butt J frame 5 shot revolver 38 special cal. with 1 7/8" ported barrel (the barrel is listed a 2" but actually measures 1 7/8" form the face of the cylinder to the end of the barrel...see photos). At the sale they said this special run was the smallest and most compact 38 revolver Smith and Wesson has ever made. Only 450 of this limited edition were made with ported snub nose barrel, alloy frame and special grips; this one has a low #22 serial number. New in the Performance Center hard case. The label is inside the case (see photos). At the sale they said this pistol was new and unfired (see photos). After close inspection it appears new and unfired to me; therefore, I am listing this pistol with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
