LAYAWAY?........ Serial no. 2468 [butt, Cylinder, frame and lever], .44 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Top of frame marked: ROGERS & SPENCER / UTICA N.Y. Case-hardened hammer. "B" inspector mark stamped to right side of barrel and frame, along with left side of lever. Smooth walnut grip panels. The Rogers and Spencer Army Model Single Action Revolver was a black powder percussion revolver manufactured during the American Civil War era..
Condition:......... Very good+. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear, age and fine patches of pitting. Some dings and scuffs on wood. Action functions. Lightly pitted bore.
