Description:
A custom built series 70, 1911 Commander in 45 ACP. Pistol is based on a forged stainless hand matched Custom Arms frame and slide. Barrel is match grade, small parts are all premium hardened competition quality steels, sights are Trijicon HD Night Sights - 1911 Novak Style Low Mount Dovetail Cut, and the magazines are Wilson Combat Elite Tactical 8 round. All pistols by Custom Arms LLC, Phoenix AZ are test fired with over 100 rounds of various ammo styles and competition validated prior to bead blast and blue. Flawless operation every shot. This is a true custom shop pistol with numerous ergonomic upgrades including a nicely blended beaver tail grip safety, finger relief at back of trigger guard, and flat topped slide with serrations. Comes with Voodoo Tactical soft case, 2 Wilson Combat magazines.
I have owned and custom built many 1911 .45 handguns over the years. This gun is one of the finest, most accurate ,custom built 1911s I have ever owned. Hand built from high-quality custom parts, and tightly fitted this gun is very accurate. When I traded for it, I could not resist the temptation to put some rounds of my match grade handloads threw the gun I fired about 30 rounds with no problems and the gun is extremely accurate with a crisp clean about 3 pound trigger pole sugar reset is sharp and crisp. The gun has a heavy recoil spring and appears to have been set up for shooting plus P or high recoil 45 I fired about 30 rounds with no problems and the gun is extremely accurate with a crisp ,clean about 3 pound trigger pull.
