Here is a nice old 120 year old deer rifle that some one thought was worthy of some special features. Well into the smokeless era this hunter thought the .38-55 was the cartridge he wanted. He ordered the button magazine and the pistol grip as well. The bore is still very good, the wood is sound with 120 years of use, and the action works as it should. Lettering all clear and distinct. Some minor dings as could be expected after 120 years on the hunting scene but very nice condition overall. This is a rifle from Winchester's prime years with excellent workmanship.
