Description:
This nice Colt Single Action Army revolver (serial #333866) was shipped to Forest H. Richardson c/o F. P. Hall Company, Columbus, Ohio, October 16, 1916, with one other gun. It is in .32 WCF (.32-20) caliber with 5.5" barrel and hard rubber grips. There is a lot of original blue left with faded case colors on the frame. The cylinder shows slight pitting, more on one side than the other, probably due to holster storage. The grips are in very good condition with the exception of a small chip missing from the left side, a little lower than the trigger guard. It is mechanically fine with a near mint bore.
The Colt is housed in a later George Lawrence Co., Portland, Oregon, heavy leather, laced and hand carved black jock strap style holster in fine using condition.
