This is a first variation Winchester 1882 Reloading Lever Tool in 38 WCF without the decapping pin. The tool is marked Winchester and has the 1874, 82 patent dates. Over all in very good condition with signs of use and oxidation, hardened grease. This one is is the popular 38 WCF cartridge.
