Holland & Holland Royal Sidelock 12ga/30" IC/M -- 25xxx serial number. Royal Hammerless ejector game gun with single trigger, hand detachable side lock, coin finish with full coverage large scroll pattern, 2 3/4" nitro proof for 1 1/8 oz at 3 1/4 tons, stock measures 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 14 1/2" with 12 7/8" of wood, weight is 6 pounds 12 ounces, right barrel measures .736" - .730" and the left is .736" - .721". This is gun #2 of a pair and the stock oval says "TO LOUIS FROM JOHN AND ALEX". Some light rust has been cleaned from the left barrel near the muzzle and two small pieces of wood have been sliced on the forearm near the release button.
