Description:
Here is a nice original as purchased direct from a families estate . This is a Mississippi style musket that was built by the Palmetto Armory with several Confederate modifications. The brass butt plate is void of US marking but also void of SC proof . The end of the barrel was laved down to fit a socket bayonet and also other Confederate modifications .
