Description:
Super Rare Mauser K-98 Winter Trigger Guard. Model 90, Mfg. stamped "GHI" . This very clever device allowed the soldier to rapidly convert the k-98 trigger guard to the winter trigger guard for a gloved hand.
He merely unsnapped the side plate, positioned the external trigger on to the internal trigger and snapped it shut..
This "Winter Trigger" Guard" could easily be the center of attraction in a fine collection.
It does show winter use as the finish is somewhat mottled. Investment Priced at... $875.
