"Made circa 1620. 40 caliber with a 19" barrel. This is a very fine Silesian Pistol with Silver and pearl inlays. Most Silesian guns were either inlayed with stag or pearl. The barrel and lock have been cleaned which happened to all of the wheelocks that were finished bright. The stock is intricately inlayed with pearl flowers. The silver inlays vary between birds, and faces to floral pieces. This gun comes from the Joe Kindig Jr. Collection. The Kindig collection is renowned for it mass and quality .
