Description:
Offering for sale from master engraver Angelo Bee's personal collection is a pump action "Trombone" in 22 Long. This Browning Pump Rifle (BPR) is an exhibition Grade gun, meaning that it contains only gold inlays and gold inlaid scrolls. He used multi-color 24 carat gold and copper for the inlays. The right side of the receiver has a gold inlaid fox chasing a gold inlaid rabbit quail with gold inlaid beavers on a multi-color forestry background and scrolls and flowers in two color gold on each side. The left side of the receiver has two beavers on a multi-color forestry background with scrolls and flowers in two color gold on each side. The top of the receiver has a hummingbird feeding from an inlaid flower surrounded by gold inlaid scrolls and a flower. The bottom of the receiver and the trigger guard features scrolls and flowers in multi-colored gold. The trigger is gold plated. The muzzle end of the barrel has a thin gold stripe around it and the breech end has a thin gold stripe that turns into a scroll and a flower. The stock features a round knob pistol grip and a checkered butt plate that is made from a beautiful piece of walnut with an oil finish. The gunsmithing was done by Eubanks Gunsmithing. The gun is autographed with “ABee” and the bee symbol on the bottom right side of the receiver just below the take-down screw, which is engraved with flowers. NRA Grade: Excellent.
