This 1953 Winchester Model 71 Deluxe in .348 Winchester remains in excellent condition. It retains pretty much all of its original bluing. the wood does have a few very light handling marks, but much less than is normally seen on a 71 year old rifle. the checkering remains extremely sharp. This is one of the nicest 71's that I've seen in quite some time
