Kimber of Oregon Model 84 S-Series .223 Remington. Serial S272-300 has a 22-inch barrel. Features include a polished blue finish, round receiver (attached Kimber bases) and a two-position disc safety. STOCK: Shaped from a AA claro blank with strong character, formalities include an ebony forend tip, wrap checkering, pancake cheek rest, checkered steel grip cap with widow's peak, steel grip cap and sling swivel studs. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.6 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.6 inches. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. Metal finish is approximately 70 percent with a scattering of fingerprint-size areas of surface rust. Wood is well over 95 percent with one small finish chip on the forward edge of the pancake. The original box and a set of Kimber scope mounts is included. The price is firm and layaway is available. $1,750 plus shipping.
