Rossi Model 62 SA - Slide Action - .22 Rifle - Smooth walnut straight stock with grooved forend slide handle and butt plate. 23 In. long barrel with adj. rear open sight and a front bead sight. Tubular magazine will hold 20 Short, 16 Long and 14 LR ammo. Barrel and receiver are retaining 100 % bluing. Bore is clean and bright with very distinct rifling. Receiver and slide mechanism are all steel with a half cock safety. Stock and forend are in like new condition with minimal handling marks. Includes a soft case in very good condition. This rifle has been very well maintained and is in like new overall condition. The Rossi model 62 SA is a copy of the Winchester Model 62 as designed by John Browning in 1932. This one is an early reproduction model dating to the early 1970's. Rossi , SA. has been building firearms since 1889. Manufactured from 1970 to 1999.
