The SIG Sauer P365XL is a Pistol that is purpose-built to help you get the most out of a defensive handgun. The pistol provides a small and easy-to-use frame pistol with up to a 12 round capacity. The P365XL comes in the Controllable 9mm Luger cartridge. The pistol also comes with SIG Sauer tried and true nitride-treated slide. Inside this good-looking slide, the pistol comes with a nice nitride finished barrel. The frame is given a nice aggressive texture that allows the shooter to keep a good hold on the pistol. The frame also comes with a manual safety for a surer way to carry in confidence. The sights are the nice X-Ray 3 day and night sights are a nice clear sighting solution and with the inclusion of a red dot you can have a refined aiming point. During the firearm purchasing process at The Sporting Shoppe, our customers can cancel their order at any time prior to signing out the firearm in their name.
However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)
14% Restocking Fee
$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.
**Percentages above are based on the full transaction balance, regardless of customer’s initial deposit amount.
Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
- $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
- No discounts for multiple transfers.
- All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
- We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
- Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members.
- All Canceled firearm transactions will be refunded to store credit or face a 15% restocking and associated credit card fee. Firearms NOT taken into the possession of the owner after 30 days will forfeit the gun and money back in the form of store credit.
