Description:
This is a best hammer gun with exquisite engraving and a full complement of tools in a French-fitted wooden case in high condition. Shotgun barrels are 16ga fine damascus by Bernard, showing excellent figure, fine bores, and gold inlay; the combination (Cape) barrels are sighted fluid steel (Guss Stahl), 16ga and 28ga fully-rifled barrel chambered for a shortened 28ga brass case shell, and supplied with a mold numbered to the gun, for the appropriate conical bullet. The pictures speak volumes. Unique and versatile ensemble.
