"Serial No. 5745314, mid to late 1944, .30 carbine, 18" round barrel with faint Winchester proof barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling noted. Milled front sight is unmarked as well as the front barrel band. Four-Rivet top wood is marked “W" on the inside. Trigger assembly and bolt are “W" marked. Rear sight is marked with “H". Low wood stock is in overall very good condition and is stamped with “W.R.A/G.H.D." cartouche and ordnance wheel. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Carbine comes with oiler, sling and 1943 dated magazine pouch.
