To promote positive manipulations when chambering a round, clearing the weapon, or preforming press-checks, the STR-9’s slide features deeply cut cocking serrations in the front and rear areas, and a tactile loaded-chamber indicator on the top of the receiver allows the operator to immediately tell if a round is chambered. The STR-9 Optics Package is topped off with an included Burris Fast Fire III Micro Red Dot Sight. This compact optic features an highly visible reticle for rapid target acquisition and engagement, and index-matched Hi-Lume multicoatings enhances low-light performance and eliminates glare. In addition, the Fast Fire III electronics and chassis are built tough, allowing them to easily stand up to the rigors of self-defense and competition applications.
