The X-Bolt 2 features an updated receiver design with added bolt guidance surface areas to smoother and faster cycling while retaining the model‚‚s iconic X-Lock Scope Mounting System for rock-solid attachment to the receiver. The new bolt design improves ergonomics and weight with a new handle knob and spiral fluting. The Hunter Composite series features a new VariTech stock that allows for an adjustable length of pull and comb, and comes with interchangeable grip modules and overmolded grip surfaces. A short 60-degree throw allows for fast cycling while still being able to clear large optics and is paired with Browning‚‚s new DLX series adjustable trigger for fine-tuning perfomance. A threaded sporter profile barrel allows for reduced weight and comes with Browning‚‚s signature muzzle brake to help tame recoil for faster follow-up shots.
This model is chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum and features an all-black finish. A thread protector is included along with a sporter and vertical grip for the Vari-Tech stock. The magazine features a 3-round capacity.
