Description:
Post WW II H&R M1 Garand chambered in .30-06 Springfield. This M1 garand features a 24" barrel and a blade front sight with protective sides, adjustable HRA aperture rear sight, HRA bolt, "HRA 6535382" op rod, HRA trigger group housing "6528800- HRA- N", stamped trigger guard with no markings, HRA safety, "HRA C-5546008" hammer. The gas cylinder is a wide base with a hump lock and a HRA "O" gas cylinder lock screw. The butt stock is a smooth hardwood pistol grip replacement with no markings. The forearm is smooth two-piece hardwood. The barrel is stamped "HRA 6535448 4-55 RS50". The receiver is stamped "US RIFLE - CAL .30M1 - H&R ARMS CO. - 5612486.
