Description:
This 1967 double action revolver is a Smith & Wesson 15-2 chambered in .38 S&W Special. It has a fixed serrated blade front sight, a micrometer click adjustable rear sight, a curved, grooved trigger, a checkered hammer, a 10-groove serrated forestrap and backstrap, a checkered knob ejector rod, and is 9⅜" in overall length. The square butt walnut Magna style stocks have the S&W medallions, as well as the diamond around the screw escutcheon. The bluing is in good condition, but a 1mm light rust spot is observable on the left side of the muzzle adjacent to the front sight. In addition, there is some light wear and light handling marks to the frame. The diamond checkered wood stocks are in generally good condition overall, showing some handling wear throughout, but with no chips or cracks visible.
