Serial #AAF5980, 6 inch full lug barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Smith & Wesson model 686 Distinguished Combat Magnum revolver. It is a first model, pre-dash, manufactured between 1980-86 and is nicely equipped with a functioning TRUGLO red dot sight and S&W hardwood combat grips. The gun is in excellent used condition with light use marks and surface-level scratches on the barrel and frame with excellent grips showing handling and use marks with light scratches on the bottom right grip panel. An excellent, early 686 that is ready for the range or hunting blind. FFL
