Serial #526168, 20 Gauge (2 ¾ inch chamber), 26 inch Nickel steel barrel with an excellent bore choked about improved modified. This is the Model 12 Winchester slide action shotgun manufactured in 1927. The barrel and frame retain about 65-70% of the original blue finish with loss on the high edges and carry points. The stock and forearm are solid with numerous old use marks and contusions with a 14" LOP over the original pad that has two leather spacers. The action functions properly with a smooth slide and crisp trigger. This is a great classic upland bird gun with many years of use ahead. FFL or C&R
